Why did you join the Diversity and Access Team?
I joined DAT because I wanted to be in a position where I could make a change on campus and contribute to the success of others.
What is the biggest lesson you learned from your first semester on campus?
I learned that it’s okay to not know everything and I will have moments where life is confusing.
How has a liberal arts education fostered your thinking?
My thinking has been fostered through the diversity of the classes and organizations I can choose from.
What legacy do you hope to leave?
I hope to leave a legacy where others on campus can look to me as a role model and as someone who has advocated for others.
How has the city of Hartford impacted your college experience?
Hartford has made my experience more fun. I like that I can explore a new city and place, it helps shape my college experience.
What area of campus makes you feel at home?
I would say the UG (Underground Coffeehouse) because the vibes are always comforting.
