Alumni Gift of $10 Million to Provide Financial Aid
Trinity College has received a $10 million gift from former Trinity trustee and former Connecticut State Treasurer Francisco L. Borges ’74, H’20, his wife Luisa, and his four siblings to support financial aid for outstanding students who would not otherwise be able attend college.
Trinity College marks the end of 2024 by reflecting upon moments from the past year. Along with news of a presidential transition and the conclusion of Trinity’s Bicentennial celebrations, highlights of the year included academic and social events that brought the entire community together.
