Post-Commencement Celebrations
Join Trinity administrators, faculty, and staff, as well as your fellow graduates, their families, and guests for a special afternoon of celebration right here on campus.
As in the past, the College will sponsor a Post-Commencement Celebration following the ceremony. Graduates, their families, and guests are encouraged to attend and bid farewell to faculty and staff, friends, and classmates. In addition to the College-sponsored celebration, some graduates and their families choose to rent a tent and sponsor their own Individual Post-Commencement Celebration.
To sponsor an
Individual Post-Commencement Celebration:
- Carefully read through the Individual Post-Commencement Celebration Guide.
- Gather information required on the online application:
- Student and Parent/Guardian Sponsor name, email, and cell phone
- Names of all Trinity graduates who will contribute to your celebration
- Approximate number of guests expected
- Preferred tent size
- Complete the online Individual Post-Commencement Celebration Application no later than Friday, April 11.
Once approved, Student and Parent/Guardian Sponsors will receive an Individual Post-Commencement Celebration Agreement and links to purchase a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and submit payment. The signed agreement, COI, and payment must be submitted no later than Friday, April 18.
The final Post-Commencement Celebration Map will be posted online here and emailed to all Student and Parent/Guardian hosts on Wednesday, May 14.
