Design Project Requests
In order for the Office of Communications and Marketing to start your project, we require the following information. Please be sure to include it in the form below:
- Deadline for when you need the project completed/product delivered
- Final, approved copy for the project that is compiled and organized
- Contact information for approvers
- Account number for billing (if it’s a printed project)
Project Timelines
- Design project requests should be made a minimum of 4-6 weeks prior to needing your finished project in-hand.
- Projects with less than four weeks of lead time will be considered depending on availability of resources and time. We may not be able to accommodate your request within our office, but we can provide you with a list of trusted freelancers to assist you with you project.
Revisions
For projects involving design or copywriting, we can only provide 2 rounds of edits and revisions—the first for major edits (design elements, content) and the second for minor edits (typos and minor adjustments). If revisions beyond that are needed, we cannot guarantee meeting your requested deadline.
