Binay Poudel, B.S. (`12)

Binay Poudel is a software engineer at Airbnb, a technology company for lodging, primarily homestays for vacation rentals, and tourism activities. He specializes in designing large scale software systems powering homepage and search engine powering the company’s online marketplace. Prior to working at Airbnb Binay held senior engineering positions at two technology startups in Boston and New York: Jana mobile and Managed by Q.

Mr. Poudel received a B.S. in Engineering (Electrical) from Trinity college in 2012. While at Trinity, Mr. Poudel actively participated in the Robot Study Team, worked as TA for various engineering courses and led the IEEE chapter in the college. After graduating from Trinity he continues providing consultation for organizing Trinity’s annual firefighting robotics competition.
