After toting their belongings up stairways and along narrow halls during move-in day, a group of incoming first-year students tackled a larger obstacle: a rock wall.

For more than two decades, Trinity College has offered the outdoor orientation program Quest as an opportunity for participants to connect with peers and take on new challenges and responsibilities. The Quest program is predominately student run; upperclass leaders provide climbing and rappelling instruction, transportation, and manage program logistics.
