Starting in January 2025, the NESC meetings will be held on the first and third Wednesdays of every month from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. both in-person and remote.  Room location and Zoom information will be made available to all prior to the first meeting on January 8, 2025.

Please note the format of the NESC Meetings:

  1. Discussion of general NESC business will be conducted on the first Wednesday of the month.
  2. Discussion of committee reports will be conducted on the third Wednesday of the month.
  3. Special meetings will be an exception and staff will be notified in advanced.

Agendas and minutes are available to anyone in the Trinity Community, and are accessible via the Council’s SharePoint site.

An admin SharePoint site is also available containing helpful forms (see Documents section) and an Administrative Manual (see Shared Documents section) with lots of helpful information for any new employees and also comes in handy for those of us who are seasoned campaigners. Please note that the Administrative Manual is currently in the process of being updated due to the many changes on campus over the last several years.
