Any good food in Parkville?
For classic American fare that can’t be beat, give Wood-N-Tap a try. Their menu is extensive but not too pricey. The blackened chicken sliders are highly recommended.
La Casita Del Sabor offers pupusas and other Latin American foods. A great and quick option on Uber Eats.
Brand new to the area is the Parkville Market, which has a variety of vendors and other exciting events available. The Market offers 40+ vendors with everything from Brazilian to Indian, along with New England classics like lobster rolls and sweet treats like “Crave Leche” ice cream and bubble tea.
For Chinese food, try the old staple Han Restaurant for Hot Pot. Their hot pot might not be the best deal around, but it’ll get you through if you’re simply dying to dip some meats in some bubbling broths.
Anything else to know?
There are a couple of storage units in Parkville that are clutch if the I-House is out of space or if you have a ton of things to store. U-haul and Store Space storage are right there minutes from campus, which makes moving in and out a breeze.
