The Presidential Search Committee—composed of trustee, faculty, staff, alumni, and student representatives—is committed to ensuring the integrity of the search process and to finding the best possible candidate to be Trinity’s next president.

The committee will recommend the most qualified and strongest candidate to the board, which ultimately will appoint the next president. The search committee is guided by its commitment to:

  • Lead a rigorous, inclusive, and iterative search process to put forth the best-qualified candidate.
  • Engage with the Trinity community openly and inclusively.
  • Build a compelling talent pool of candidates with demonstrated experience and proven ability to lead with positive impact.
