Kosher Dining
Trinity strives to make all Jewish students feel welcome on campus, and provides kosher dining services in a variety of ways.
- All meals and snacks served at the Zachs Hillel House are kosher, and students are welcome to use the Hillel kitchen.
- The Kassow Hillel Kosher Eatery, a meat/parve station integrated into the main dining hall at Mather, offers daily glatt kosher lunches and dinners, supervised by the Hartford Kashrut Commission. Chef/Mashgiach Robert Kalmar works in conjunction with Chartwells Dining Services to create a delicious, healthy, and satisfying kosher menu for students.
