“Writing a Novel at Trinity College”
Alejandro Heredia, Ann Plato Fellow, English Department

Monday, March 4th at 4:30pm, Reese Room, Smith House

Alejandro Heredia will discuss and read from his forthcoming debut novel, LOCA, about two Afro-Caribbean friends who move from Santo Domingo to The Bronx – one, a young man outrunning tragic loss, the other a young woman crushed by the same domesticity she left home to escape – determined to find opportunity at the turn of the millennium. Heredia will speak about the writing process, how he’s preparing to publish his debut novel, and other projects he’s been working on during his fellowship at Trinity College.

All members of the Trinity community are invited to attend.
