Web Help Desk (ishelp.trincoll.edu) has been replaced with a new ticketing system, HaloITSM.

On the login screen, click the button towards the bottom that says “Login with Azure Active Directory”. You will then be prompted with Microsoft authentication.

Currently open Web Help Desk tickets will be worked on until closed. All new request tickets going forward will be generated in HaloITSM.
