South Campus Utility Plant and Thermal Distribution Project

Starting October 3, construction activities will commence in the area adjacent to the Facilities Services building. Read on for information about affected areas, including parking near Clemens Hall on October 6 and 7.

During this first phase of construction, the following parking areas will be affected. See map image for specific construction site logistics.

A total of 10 parking spots at the west side of the Clemens Hall parking lot will temporarily be offline on Thursday, October 6th and Friday, October 7th to clear brush and install the construction fencing.
